Experts for safety structures against alpine natural hazards

From now on, our colleagues Simone Pflaum and Carina Schmitz will be listed by the Bavarian Chamber of Civil Engineers as experts for safety structures. Based on the supporting documents submitted, the registration committee decided on 29.07.2024 and 23.09.2024 to add the applicants to the service list.

In addition to proof of expertise through a university degree, professional experience based on project references and further and advanced training, evidence of training as authorized employees for vertical access and positioning techniques (“Level 2 rope access permit”) also had to be submitted.

As registered experts for safety structures (BayIK-Bau), Simone Pflaum and Carina Schmitz therefore have the demonstrable knowledge required to carry out inspections, checks and tests on behalf of the Bavarian State Building Administration.
