Continuous quality: Successful recertification in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
We attach great importance to the quality of our work, on which our customers can rely at all times. To ensure this, we regularly have ourselves monitored by external auditors.
For our certification according to ISO 9001:2015 the recertification was due this year. ISO 9001 is a standard for quality management systems and defines the requirements for such systems. These must be met by an organization in order to offer products and services that meet customer expectations as well as legal and regulatory requirements. In addition, the management system should undergo a continuous improvement process.
In a comprehensive audit on April 9 and June 15, 2021, our quality management system and its implementation were analyzed in detail by two auditors from the Swiss SQS. They made very positive assessments in this regard. No deficiencies (“deviations”) were identified. Particular mention was made of “the commitment, open-mindedness and professional competence of the employees interviewed.
Thus, SQS granted the certificate for another 3 years, confirming that we have a management system that meets the requirements of the listed normative basis. Proof of our comprehensive accreditations and certifications can be found here.
